We totally understand that sometimes schedules change and emergencies occur but, we do require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Your time is valuable and so is ours. We do our best to remain flexible and understanding. But to keep our small business running as smooth as possible for everyone, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for guests that are a “No- Show” (15 min past appointment time) will incur a charge of 30% of the service amount.
